Sapatos offers free shipping throughout Norway and free returns for the customer club. You can also return free of charge to our physical stores. If you cancel the purchase and are not a member of Sapatos customer club, a return fee of 79 NOK Outside Norway, the package is sent with DHL Express and it costs NOK 99 - 179. All taxes and duties are covered by Sapatos.

PICK UP IN STORE
Sapatos The customer offers to pick up the order in one of our stores. The goods that are ordered may be in different warehouses, therefore it may take up to 2 working days before the order is ready for collection. The goods will probably be in stock in the selected store and then the order will be ready straight away. The customer receives an email when the order is ready for pickup.
