Cards and payment

Good information about the customer's terms of purchase is very important for sapatos. To give you as a customer peace of mind, we only use serious and safe payment solutions. With us you can choose either Stripe (VISA and Mastercard), Klarna (invoice and payment), Paypal, Apple Pay or Vipps.

We never store your card information and all information is sent encrypted via secure servers. You can receive a copy of your invoice either by contacting one of the payment companies or by contacting our customer service. When you choose Klarna as a payment solution, a credit check can be carried out. If a credit check is carried out, a confirmation letter will be sent to your e-mail. Prices, fees and payment

The prices indicated on sapatos.com apply to orders placed on the website. All prices are stated in NOK and include VAT. The prices do not include payment and shipping fees, which are given separately. You can pay for your purchase using the options indicated on the website. For foreign customers, customs duty and value added tax are included in the total amount. No claims will be made in arrears.

Estimated delivery time

In Norway, the estimated delivery time with Postnord is approx. 1 - 3 working days and DHL Express 1 - 2 working days. To all other countries, DHL Express is used and the estimated delivery time is 2 - 4 working days.

14 day right of withdrawal - free shipping and exchange in Norway

We have a 14-day right of withdrawal in the online shop. The cancellation period expires from the day you receive the product and cancellation form in physical possession. You, as a consumer, must send the goods back without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we have been notified of the canceled purchase. The right of withdrawal form must be completed and left with the return or sent by email to webshop@sapatos.com. When the return arrives at our goods reception, your purchase card/invoice is credited (minus any return tax) and you will then receive a confirmation by e-mail from us. We reserve the right for any printing errors and that we may be out of stock for some goods, especially during sales periods. We never charge you for goods which, for whatever reason, cannot be delivered by us. All images on the website are to be considered illustrations only. Such illustrations do not guarantee to reproduce the exact appearance, function or origin of the product.
