Exchange and return

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have ordered from Sapatos you can return the goods freely within 14 days. We offer free returns if you use the included return label. Returns can also be delivered to one of our stores. If your order was shipped in several shipments, you collect the returns in one shipment back to us. You then choose which return label you want to use.

For people living in Norway:
  1. Fill out the return form it was linked to in the emails you received from us and send it to webshop@sapatos.com. You can also print the form and include it in the package.
  2. Put the product in its original packaging and wrap the box securely. Feel free to use the shipping packaging we used for you and attach the return label so that the label we used for you is not visible. NB! Do not attach the label to the original shoe box.
  3. Deliver the return to the delivery point where you picked up the package. Remember to request a receipt with shipping number so that you have proof of shipped item. If you selected DHL Express for your order, you will contact DHL Express and arrange a pickup for your return.
  4. When the return arrives at our goods receipt, your purchase card / invoice will be credited and you will receive an email confirmation from us.
For people living outside of Norway:
  1. Contact our customer service at webshop@sapatos.com and we will send you a return label and document you print out and attached to the package.
  2. Put the product in its original packaging and wrap the box securely. Feel free to use the shipping packaging we used for you and attach the return label so that the label we used for you is not visible. NB! Do not attach the label to the original shoe box.
  3. Contact DHL Express customer service in your country and order pickup.
  4. When the return arrives at our goods receipt, your purchase card / invoice will be credited and you will then receive an email confirmation from us.

EXCHANGE

If you want to change the model, size or color, follow the steps for return and place a new order in our online store for the item you want to change. Your return will be credited when it arrives at our goods receipt therefore you pay the new order in the usual way. That way you get the shoe you want faster. You can also exchange / return the item in one of our stores.

14 DAYS WITHDRAWAL

We have 14 days right of withdrawal in the online store. The withdrawal period expires from the day you receive the item and return form in physical possession. You as a consumer must, without undue delay, and within 14 days of being notified of regrettable purchases, return the goods. The return form must be completed and be on the return or sent by e-mail. When the return arrives at our goods receipt, your purchase card / invoice is credited and you will then receive a confirmation email from us.

COMPLAINS

Please contact us if the product you ordered from us has defects or other quality problems. We want all our customers to be satisfied, so we process complaints quickly.
