Sapatos always offers free shipping and returns in Norway for purchases over NOK 800 with Bring or Postnord. In large parts of Eastern Norway we also offer free shipping and return with the courier service Porterbuddy which delivers express home to you. You can either return the item to one of our stores or use the received return label. Orders can also be picked up at our stores and the desired delivery method is selected at checkout when placing the order.
If you live outside Norway, your order will be shipped with DHL Express, and shipping and shipping will cost NOK 99 - 179 (approximately $ 10 - 20 USD). No other costs such as value-added tax or customs clearance are charged to the customer. Everything is included in the amount at check-out. Returns are free!

- Bring - The nearest delivery point is automatically selected. If you want to switch to a different delivery point, contact customer service. Expected delivery time: 1 - 3 business days
- Postnord (Mypack) - The nearest delivery point is automatically selected. If you want to switch to a different delivery point, contact customer service. Expected delivery time: 1 - 3 business days.
- NEWS! Porterbuddy - Delivers the same day or the day after. If you place the order before 1 pm the package will be delivered the same day. Available for most of the customers at Østlandet in Norway. Expected delivery time: 3 hours - 1 business days.
- DHL Express - Delivering home on your doorstep. Expected delivery time: 1-2 business days.

Shipping outside of Norway:
- DHL Express delivers to most countries in the world for Sapatos. Expected delivery time is 2 - 4 business days for most places. Returns are free!
Delivery times may vary depending on your country or zip code. If the delivery time becomes significantly more than what has been predicted, you are in your full right to cancel the purchase.
If you do not pick up your package and it is sent back to us, you will be charged a fee of NOK 250.
DOWNLOAD IN STORE
Sapatos offers the customer to pick up the order in one of our stores. The items being ordered may be in different warehouses so it may take up to 2 business days for the order to be picked up. Probably the goods will be in stock in the selected store and then the order will be ready immediately. The customer receives an email when the order is ready for pickup.
By using a store pickup, the product can be tried in the store and possibly returned if it does not fit or is as expected.
If someone other than the customer who made the order is to pick up at the store, the person must either bring their consent or show the order confirmation on the order.
