Shipping and delivery

We offer free shipping throughout Norway and it is free of charge to exchange models/colours/sizes or return goods in our physical stores. If you are not a member of sapatos customer club and return your order, a return fee of NOK 79 will apply. Orders can also be collected in our stores and the desired delivery method is selected at checkout when the order is placed.

If you live outside Norway, your order will be delivered with DHL Express and then shipping and customs clearance will cost NOK 99 - 179 (approximately $10 - 20 USD). None other costs such as value added tax or customs clearance are charged to the customer. Everything is included in the amount at checkout.

Delivery methods in Norway:
  • Bring (Norwegian parcel) - The nearest delivery point is automatically selected. Contact customer service if you wish to switch to another delivery location. Expected delivery time: 1 - 3 working days
  • Postnord (Mypack) - The nearest delivery point is automatically selected. Contact customer service if you wish to switch to another delivery location. Expected delivery time: 1 - 3 working days.
  • Porterbuddy - Delivers to your door the same day or the next day. If you order before 1pm, the package can be delivered the same day. Applies to large parts of Eastern Norway. Expected delivery time: 3 hours - 1 day.
  • DHL Express - Delivers to your door. Expected delivery time: 1 - 2 working days.
  • Pick up in one of our stores (see more information below)
Delivery methods outside Norway:
  • DHL Express delivers to most countries in the world. Expected delivery time is 2 - 4 working days to most locations.

The delivery time may vary depending on which country or postcode you have. If the delivery time is significantly longer than what has been predicted, you have every right to cancel the purchase.

If you do not collect your package and it is sent back to us, you will be charged a fee of NOK 250.

PICK UP IN STORE

We offer the customer to pick up the order in one of sapatos's stores. The goods that are ordered may be in different warehouses, therefore it may take up to 2 working days before the order is ready for collection. The goods will probably be in stock in the selected store and then the order will be ready immediately. The customer receives an email when the order is ready for pickup.

By using pick up in store, the product can be tried on in the store and possibly returned if it does not fit or is as expected.

If someone other than the customer who made the order is to pick up in store, the person must bring either a consent or show the order confirmation on the order.
