If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the goods within 30 days. If you want to exchange or return your order, we will cover the return shipping if you are a member of sapatos customer club. Remember that you must add place a new order for what you want to exchange for and you must register the exchange in the form below.
Do you regret goods you have purchased and you are not a member ofsapatos customer club, there is a return fee of NOK 79. Log in to sapatos customer club before we receive your return to avoid the return tax. The return tax is deducted from the amount being refunded and if your order had shipping costs, this is not refunded. Orders can be returned free of charge to all sapatos stores.
